Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time)

Cedar Lane Senior Living Community is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist to work Saturday and Sunday, 3 PM – 11 PM, every weekend (16 hours/week) PLUS filling in on other shifts when needed. Flexibility is extremely important in this position. Coverage is needed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you may be called to fill in any shift – day, evening or overnight.

High school diploma or GED required. Must be extremely responsible, self-directed, mature, able to work with a minimum of direct supervision, and possess excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing). Successful candidates must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be able to greet visitors, observe confidentiality, handle a multi-line telephone system, complete general clerical duties, and perform duties that periodically will involve lifting (up to 50 pounds). Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) are essential.
