Application Process: Senior Living
Step 1: Building Selection
You'll start your journey to your new apartment home at Cedar Lane by determining which of our three buildings and what size apartment best suits your needs and budget.
Step 2: Application
Now that you've decided on a building and apartment preference, you'll need submit an Apartment Application. (If there are no available units, the applicant's name will be added to a wait-list.) Our professional staff is available to answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: Intake Interview (Buildings I & II Only)
If you have applied to Building I or II, you may qualify for a rent subsidy. Once your application is approved and an apartment is offered and accepted, you will need to complete an Intake Interview.
Step 4: Provide Required Financial and Identification Documentation (ALL Applicants)
All applicants must provide their birth certificate or baptismal certificate and proof of Social Security Number. In addition applicants are required to provide financial documents as proof of income and assets as outlined in your application packet.
Step 5: Move In
Our staff will be here to welcome you to your new home.
